Hi I reside in the beautiful city of Abuja, North-central Nigeria. I started writing poems as a kid (9 years). I love writing especially poems because it helps me express myself better. Sometimes an idea could just pop into my head and I start writing immediately. Poetry is my favorite genre of literature. I came across Poetry Marathon on Facebook via a friend's timeline, so because I love poetry I decided to give it a try this year. I'm a first time participant so I look forward to seeing and reading beautiful poems from other poets round the world.

I am an actress and poet who lived in the US for over 9 years and I am now back in my native city of Barcelona, Catalunya. I was a member of the San Francisco Poets Brigade, created by San Francisco laureate poet Jack Hirschmann, and a co-founder of the Chicago branch of the Poets Brigade.
