In the stars
high above
Are the myths
that I love
Greek or Roman
somewhere in between
Are the stories
heard not seen
There’s a hunter
and the fish
A falling star
make a wish
Some were clever
some were not
But above they
were all caught

This one is beautiful! I like how you have depicted your love for stories and myths effortlessly. It also, for me, conveyed the idea of how nature, the sky, stars, etc have long inspired people to spin tales.
I have always loved mythology. Thank you so much, it means a lot.
this is gorgeous <3
Thank you!
I love this lyrical poem Tamara! You have many beautiful images and the mythology comes to life in your poem! And, I love your idea of them all being caught in the night’s sky! Beautiful! I think this is my choice but I am going to read more!
This is a lovely poem that “captures” the captive in the beautiful sky and brings their stories forth.
I love this poem! “All caught” is so clever.
Beautiful poem! I love the imagery so much!
