Great description. It would be a great haiku just adding a syllable to the last line. Just a sugestion!
I like this wry haiku. I especially like how ants are the ultimate winners.
Everything exists – and in the cycle of life, everything is consumed. It’s fascinating how both the tortoise and the cactus are initially protected by the challenging coatings/shells that cover them – yet nothing can withstand the tiny destruction of the unstoppable ants. A salient reminder!
Perfect, simple and simultaneously deep. Circle of life.
