Poem 1
I like the tension
Was what was being said
But never said
Stoked in romance pacing alongside two bicycles
A sidewalk the only field of vision
A sidewalk to some place
A different time
A healthier mind
And a little less division

I like the tension
Was what was being said
But never said
Stoked in romance pacing alongside two bicycles
A sidewalk the only field of vision
A sidewalk to some place
A different time
A healthier mind
And a little less division
Head is jumbled
Thoughts rushing in
In the way
Where are you
Come back here
Go away now
There you are
Out of the way
Emotions rushing out
Head is clear
Enjoy this fantastic morning. The sun hits the lake just so and sets it sparkling. Never forget it, though the zoos overrun their gates, roaring, and the crops cannot support our devouring. Death’s at an end.
One fine day
Distances drop away
Dream of a place
And you get to go there for a day
No more airfare
No more roadrage scare
No more staying away
No more yearning to be there.
Being together
Would’nt be so rare
All you do is breathe your love
And there are you are
In bed.
One fine day
The distance drops away
Would be such a nuisance
Everyone everywhere
Still one fine day
If the distance drops away
The world could be one
No visas no governments.
Memories bringing
Dust together
to upset me
I look at myself
crying and
cannot fathom
why;
Cannot explain
the
unexplainable,
so just breathing…
time passes
sobbing subsides;
I am able
to see
where I am,
Where am I?
Nowhere!
Yes,
That’s the perfect to place to be!
There is no greater force than two,
action, reaction,
you drew me out of my shell,
I toned down your soul.
We are equal yet different,
opposites do attract.
And the greatest attraction of this earth
is two souls who love, and love,
and still love.
There once was a planet called earth
Where humankind at one time was birth
Then they eat of the wisdom
That showed them the Kingdom
And now everyone knows their own worth

Light refracts predictably,
But Imagine what it would be
If it lined up in a pattern other than
Red, Orange, Yellow, Green . . . ?
Imagine a pallet
Where those colors choose a different path?
I’m not a scientist, but imagine that puzzling math.
Green next to orange?
Yellow next to purple?
That rainbow would suck.
A slow twirl of hand
anti clockwise
and Kronos does a moonwalk.

mistakes do not exist here.
And as mistakes do not exist
neither do courage, nor philosophy,
nor the simple desire that whispers in one’s ear,
“Be the best you can be.”
How it Ends is
just the beginning.
Sleep here tonight, then leap
out that bright new door.
See, I love you too much
to measure. Tommy, may that day
come again, where
I curl into a bowl and you purr,
where you speak and I know
Love has not one boundary, not one!
Dear One, return
when the hour calls for the
orange and white joy
that the soul of a cat can bring.
Look back when you can,
and remind me of love when I feel
too empty.
